Silver

This option is for you if you’re interested but not exactly sure which product(s) to produce and want only a mock-up to begin with. 

This includes:

Gold

This option is for you if you want us to manage the production and for you and your team to manage the shipment of gifts to your clients.

Platinum

This option is for you if you want us to manage the entire process. This is a 360 degrees solution, where we ship to your clients on behalf of you, with the option of including personalized messages. 

This includes:

How it works

It all starts with an idea and then follows a very clear process: 

Step 1: Complete the Inquiry Form 
Fill out the inquiry form with information such as your gift idea, number of gifts and details about your brand. 

Step 2: Communication 
We’ll send you an email promptly with information to see if we’re a good fit. 

Step 3: Contract and Questionnaire 
Once the contract has been signed, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire to fine-tune your ideas, with the option of completing it together on the phone. 

Step 4: Design Draft 
Based on the questionnaire, we’ll create a mock-up of you ideas, for your review. For the Silver Package, this is the final product. 

Step 5: Design Approval 
When the design has been approved (after max 3 rounds of revisions) and payment has been submitted, we start the production process. 

Step 6: Shipment 
Depending on which package you choose, the items will either be shipped to you/your team (Gold Package) or we will ship to your clients (Platinum Package).

Most frequently asked questions and answers

This is very different. Not only do we work directly with the manufacturer, each and every part of the product is tailored to you and your branding. We can help you create a product from scratch – something unique that hasn’t been produced before.

This is for anyone wanting to produce something beautiful and memorable. You can be a coach who wants to produce products for a retreat or to sell on your website. You can be a store owner selling the items to customers. You can be a healer selling it in your practice. This is for anyone wanting to share beautiful products.  

After completing the form, we will be in touch to schedule an introductory call. We’ll follow with a proposal. Once approved, a contract will be shared. After the deposit has been received, the designer will start to get your idea onto paper (computer, that is). Once approved (with a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions ), we’ll coordinate with you to select the right materials and other things. A sample will then be produced and shipped to you for approval. Once it has been approved, the final production commences. After which, the products are shipped to their distribution location (if you choose the Gold option) and otherwise will be shipped on your behalf (if you choose the Platinum option). 

This depends on which option that you choose. However, if you want to design a product, sample it, have it produced and then shipped to your home, we estimate around 4-6 months. However, we cannot stress enough that we are also dependent on where our suppliers can fit us in, shipping times and time of year (we see longer waiting times around the holidays).

We produce scented soy wax candles, journals, crystal water bottles and oracle & tarot cards. Each product can be uniquely branded to you and your desires. We absolutely love the products and hope you do too! 

If you choose to work with our graphic designer, a draft will be shared after the contract has been signed (if enough details were collected during the introducotry call and otherwise a follow up call will be scheduled). We allow for 3 rounds of feedback maximum. 

If you choose to work with your own graphic designer, we will provide the file size and format required. 3 rounds of feedback also apply here.

If changes need to be made to the design once the sample has been produced, a cost will be incurred. The timeline may also be impacted.

That’s no problem! We’d be happy to work with them. We would let you know in advance what is needed regarding file size, format, etc. and go from there.

Great question! Yes, there is. We are not a storefront and therefore cannot send you single units. We work with large quantities. It depends on the product but it’s usually 100+, yet can be 500+ for some items.

Of course! This is very common as this way you can send a personalised message for each client. This may also be the option for you if you would like to share the items at a retreat, sell them on your website or in your physical store. The Gold option would be best suited for you. 

Good question and an important one! It’s hard to provide an estimate as it depends on the product that you choose and the minimum order quantity for that product. After our intro call, we will provide you with a proposal which includes the cost estimate. If you’re still hesitant at this point, we can start with the Silver package. This way you get to see the mock up of your creation and are not committed to produce it.

As an added bonus, we also provide each customer with a brief market analysis to show you the potential profit margin of your product, if you wish you sell it.
