✨Soulful Copywriter ✨
A mama, writer and experiencer of all things life. I’m here to connect with you so that we can all feel a little more seen, heard and understood in this crazy big world of ours.
Are you ready to meet the storyteller behind the words?
I’m passionate about telling stories. I’ve been asking questions, getting curious and sharing tales for as long as I can remember (and before then, according to my parents, who would bribe me with ice cream so they could have some quiet).
I’m a noise maker, in the gentlest of ways.
I may be a walking contradiction.
Tidy yet messy. Loud yet reserved. Pasta lover yet red sauce hater. Gentle but fierce.
A world traveler but a huge homebody.
Yup, that’s me.
This 5’8 blonde is ready to tell the most soulful, truthful, jaw-dropping, meaningful and LOL stories.
>To inspire you to follow your dreams. To take that leap. To open that door that’s been begging for you to open it for years.
>To help you feel less alone, held and recognized in this ginormous crazy big world of ours.
>To help you make small positive changes to your life so that you can be the most kick-ass version you’re meant to be – I’m getting superwoman vibes!
>Lastly, to make it rain puppies from the sky and vegan M&M’s from the faucet (can they make these already, please!). But really, just for you to have a big ‘ol beautiful wide-rimmed smile on your face.
That’s not too much to ask, right?
I believe that small bite-sized mindset & lifestyle changes can have huge pizza-sized impacts on our health & well-being.
Who’s in for this pizza party?
Grab a coffee if it’s before noon and otherwise settle in with a G&T.
I’ve been passionate about telling stories and making an impact from an early age. Being raised in Asia and working in International Development for many years (in Indonesia, Sierra Leone, Myanmar and Thailand), I was fascinated by other people’s stories and quickly learned of the power of words to educate, heal, and inspire.
However, the path was anything but smooth. For many years, I felt a heaviness. A realisation, or more a fear, that this wasn’t where I wanted to be. I dreaded the day ahead. I would come home depleted. Exhausted and immediately climb into bed to numb myself with cheese, chips and Netflix. Can you relate?
Anyways, my lust for life dwindled, along with it my self-love. I knew I needed a change yet afraid to make it. Unsure of what lay ahead, I took that little bit of self-trust that I had left, packed my bags, and moved to Bali. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. To stand up for myself. To trust in the unknown. To trust in myself.
In Bali, I did all things self-healing and soul searching, from women’s festivals to naked yoga, ice baths, and psychics. I also started writing and it became a daily practice, keeping me grounded, at peace, and connected to myself. My words coached me through my fears, pains, and limiting beliefs.
Writing has allowed me to express and process my deepest desires, fears and dark times. I love that my words not only heal me, but they help others too (or so I’m told!). I’m told that you relate to my earthly experiences and feel seen, heard and understood. I’ll continue to share so we can all feel a little more connected in this big world of ours.
Shall we hold hands as we traverse through life together?
*Oh and that cutie pie that I’m holding in the photo is my little boy, Roviaan. The most pleasant of surprises and my greatest teacher.
Life is a roller coaster – let’s embrace all the crazy, beautiful, and challenging.
Ready to jump in?
Thank you for walking this path with me.
I see you.
I acknowledge you.
I stand with you.
Today.
And every day forward.
I just want to set your soul on fire. That’s not too much to ask, right?
